We accept returns on unmodified shaft products. 

Please note that once a shaft has been modified, tipped, or gripped we can no longer accept returns. 

For a period of 30 days from the date of delivery of an LA Golf putter purchased directly from LA Golf, any Consumer may return the putter for a full refund of the purchase price paid, for any reason, so long as the putter has not been damaged beyond repair from any act not natural to the game of golf. This Return and Refund Policy is in effect for putters sold for a limited time only, and must be exercised within the time period prescribed by providing a written request to LA Golf via email at hello@lagolf.co, after which time follow-up instructions will be provided by LA Golf. This Policy can be applicable to putters that have been custom-engraved by LA Golf or any third party.

Further, for a period of 1 year, LA Golf shall provide a warranty to repair or replace (in its discretion) any LA Golf putter that is returned by any Consumer with verified receipt of purchase, based on any functional manufacturing defect (not including paint scratching, chipping of metal or other putter head material, or other wear and tear customary to golf putters). This Warranty Policy is in effect for putters sold for a limited time only, and must be exercised within the time period prescribed by providing a written request to LA Golf via email at hello@lagolf.co, after which time follow-up instructions will be provided by LA Golf. This Policy can be applicable to putters that have been custom-engraved by LA Golf or any third party.
